I want to trade my rank 4 account with 15k platemail, 2 level 20 chars, most skills, and runes unlocked. I also have 190k in my storage. I want to trade this for a rank 7+ account +100$.

Correct, no real money trades on this forum. It's against the forum rules, and against the EULA you agreed to when you installed the game. ANet is with their rights to cancel the account should you trade/sell it to someone else.
